Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations including sales, customer service, production, fabrication, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, and deliveries

  • Lead, coach, support, and hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations

  • Help drive branch sales growth, customer relationships, and operational performance

  • Maintain strong inventory control, organization, cleanliness, and material flow throughout the facility

  • Monitor workflow, scheduling, productivity, safety, and operational efficiency

  • Work collaboratively with other company locations and leadership teams to support overall company success

  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, employee development, and performance management

  • Help identify operational improvements, process gaps, and growth opportunities

  • Assist with customer issue resolution and relationship management

  • Maintain professionalism, urgency, accountability, and a strong team culture
